On the white ibook, the 'page up' is written in grey to indicate that this
happens when 'fn' is pressed.

The 'digit keys' can directly be access by using the 'fn' key, instead of
first activating the 'num lock/f6'.

f9-f11 is in X10.3 now used with exposé to clean up your desktop etc.
