I have a dial-up account and it makes me nervous when I'm online, even
tho I figure I have about 5 hours already paid for daily...anyway, I
tend to go on, get mail, then disconnect and read my messages offline.
And that's when I write replies and new mails too.
And when I click the Send icon, it goes into the Out folder, but first
it pops back up on the screen with an Error message:
"This message could not be delivered and will remain in your Outbox
until it can be delivered.
The server “smtp.mac.com” can not be contacted on port 25."

I have to click on Close this Window to get rid of it.

How can I turn off this stupid message from appearing in the first
place?

------------------------------new topic-------------

yesterday in the local Apple store, I put hands on one of the new 15"
powerbooks. I like. Especially I like the separation of the trackpad
from the keys, so that, while typing, my hands don't drag across the
trackpad and make the cursor go crazy as happens on my current iBook.
