[P1] Safari Revs CPU to 90% and Keeps it there [Follow Up]

This activity monitor sure is an interesting thing, which I was not aware of
before ... 

Seems that in my case the process "WindowServer" takes usually the most %
... What exactly is that ??? The finder ? The visual drawing tool in general
??
