How to apply for lawsuit settlement? & Panther on 366 iBook?

I am one of those people with a 366 MHz SE iBook (320 MB RAM, OS 10.2.8) who
has always been annoyed with Apple for claiming that Jaguar would be fully
supported on my computer even though Quartz Extreme does NOT work and my
iBook can just barely handle Jaguar.  I just heard that Apple has agreed to
refund $129 to those of us in that situation, but I cannot find any phone
number or website where I can apply.  Does anyone know where to go or call?

Also, is there any word yet on whether Panther will run better on a 366 MHz
SE iBook than Jaguar does?
