Power problem indgio 366

hey everyone:   

    I have a problem it seems that my ibook will not charge or turn on from 
the power adapter unless there is some kind of pressure on the in. it does not 
matter what adapter I use (I have tried 3) could this be maybe that I need to 
solder it back in place. Also does anyone have any old ram chips they want to 
get rid of 64mb or more. I would definitely appreciate it.
