IBook G-3 14in 800mzh parts number

The screen on my IBook started going crazy.  I contacted apple and they had me send it in.
When I got it back there was a piece of paper showing proof of repair.  It stated that the Part
number that was replaced was  630-4040 PCBA,MLB,800MHZ.
Does anyone know what that part is?  Processor?
It does seem to run a little cooler that it did before, and the screen is working OK, But seems
to run pretty slow compared to my S900 G3 266mhz.
