Should be easy if you have Quicktime Pro. 1) open movie 2) open preferences(or whatever it is called in English) of the movie with cmd-J 3) on the left, select the movie-tracks, Video or whatever it is called - depends on type of MPEG. 4) on the right, select Size. You should get 4 buttons on the bottom now. 5) push on of the buttons to the right at the bottom. 6) push OK 7) save as.. So you don't overwrite the original, just in case That should do it.
