Configure the LDAP server in Address Book

Hi,

I am trying to setup the Address Book to get the contacts from the LDAP 
server (Microsoft exchange server), but when I set up the things I 
think that needs to be setup nothing happens no contacts appear in the 
Directories listing in the Address Book. Anyone with more experience 
with this?
