Have you tried using another battery/adapter known to be good. 
Batteries wear out and yours is nearing the end of its life cycle and 
power adapters do fail from those constant power burst due to plugging 
in/out.

the US. DRM prevents and restricts copy music files. The snag is that 
the discs are unprotected and can be copied ad infinitum. The 
developers are looking to fix this.   :)
