A quickie MacGoogle shows it's designed for G5: http://www.4osx.com/forum/index.php?s=303a8ceaf1e22fbde8fc943c2bcd1823&showtopic=2356&st=0&#entry19137 and http://maccentral.macworld.com/news/2003/08/18/g5ship/ BUT, Apple says it is shipping PB G4s withn 10.2.7 (posted on 22 September): http://www.apple.com/pr/library/2003/sep/16pb.html While in the next breath, Apple is saying 10.2.7 is for G5s: http://www.opensource.apple.com/darwinsource/ . The first forum debates the merits of installing 10.2.7 on Macs other than G5s; apparently one person tried it and didn't kill his computer. Anyone here want to try installing 10.2.7 on his/her iBook? I didn't go URL-hopping to find a source for 10.2.7; I'm not that adventuresome...yet. -- 73 de Fred Stevens K2FRD http://home.stny.rr.com/k2frd/K2FRD.htm
