How to edit the junk mail list

I inadvertently added a friend's email address to my junk mail list. Is 
there a way I can edit his email out of the junk mail list?

How do I do this please?

On the subject of editting, how do I edit the auto fill list in email 
addresses for example, to remove names no longer needed?
