Subject: [P1] Techtool upgrades with Applecare?

Hi Alex,

I think that all you need to get an upgrade for TechTools is call 
support and make a request.  My iBook is a year and a half old and when 
I finally needed TechTools, the version included with my AppleCare 
didn't even boot!

They sent a new one in about 10 days
