I recommend BookIt for combining bookmark files from multiple browsers 
(or multiple copies of the same browser) and exporting the "master 
list" to whichever browser you specify.  It's compatible with every Mac 
OS X browser that I'm familiar with, a demo version is available, and 
the shareware fee is $12.
