Unless something changed when I wasn't looking, last I heard iBooks came
with 90 days of free phone support and a 1-year warranty. You have to
purchase Applecare to get the additional two years of warranty and phone
support. When you say your iBook came with a 3 year warranty, did that
warranty come from a third party, like the store where you bought it?
