[iBook] Was oops, now 2- or 3-prong connection?

It's all over their site now...but kind of buried. If you go to this

it is on the right hand side.
I have to admit, I had a so-so experience with it, but I was asking a
tricky question, I would imagine that they could handle your situation
just fine.
But...just for safety (and paranoia's ) sake, I would copy and paste
the dialogue of the conversation into a text document and print, just
in case....
I do that as a rule of thumb...it doesn't cost too many trees...and
paper trails never hurt.
