The cords are basically interchangable, you can use either cord with
either supply.
However if you remove the cord from the PS and look at the power supply
where the cord plugs into it you'll see a stud. It's either metal or
plastic. The power supply with the metal stud should use the grounded
cord (that metal stud being the grounding connection,) The PS with the
plastic stud will accept the grounding cord but of course can't use that
circuit.
