[iBook] Was oops, now 2- or 3-prong connection?

A great mystery: The 3 foot power cable that connects to the "brick"
is a 3 prong. The included folding clip that connects to the "brick"
is a 2 prong. Where does the extra prong go??? hmmmm.... If you look
at the end of the power cable, you notice there really are only 2
contact points... 2 prongs... so the 3rd one is on there for
decoration??
