...and to add troubleshooting to software so that instead of just 
crashing or maybe turning out a crash log, it would offer suggestions 
as to what you should do to fix it and maybe fix it yourself. If the 
software is smart enough to turn up an error message then it should be 
smart enough to do something about that error message.
