[P1] Accounts over a network

You need to setup accounts on each computer unless you are using 
Workgroup manager.

computer A needs
	john smith - admin
	jane doe - admin
	ima hacker - guest

computer b needs
	mary jones - admin
	jane doe - admin
	ima hacker - guest

with this example, john smith can not log into computer B, mary jones 
can not log into computer A (as themselves).  everyone that has an 
account on each computer can log in as themselves.
