[P1] anti-spam note

Along the lines of this general subject -- in the past two days I've 
gotten a couple of "returned mails" which were never sent by me. The 
mail was rejected because it's spam, and someone has used one of my 
addresses. Is there anything one can/should do, or should I just put up 
with it? The old address is still listed in some yellow page ads for my 
business, so I'm not quite ready to drop-it-like-hot-potato.
