Does iBook G4 have Logic board/video cable issue

I've been reading the bad news around the logic board/video cable design for
the G3 iBooks -- given that there is an external similarity between the G3
and G4 iBooks, is the internal layout the same .. (e.g. Will I encounter the
same possibility of logic board failure??)
