Hi: When the player window comes up in Safari (you do use Safari, don't you?) there is a little arrow on the right hand side of the player bar. Click it, and a menu drops down and click on "Save as source". It will then prompt you where and will save it as a .m4a file which will then play in Quicktime. You can then drag it to iTunes.
