Disk Burner Incompatibility

I've burned a several CDs on both my iBook (Dual USB, 10.26) using 
the Disk Burner function. Worked great (except for the rather awkward 
user interface) until I tried to share the data to some Windoze 
boxes. No recognition. They showed that there was a disk with 0 bytes 
used and 0 bytes available.

Same disks read perfectly on the Macs.

Does not play well with others?
