It does fall into the serial number range, I'm just not sure that the problem is exactly covered. Essentially, it sometimes will not boot. It does not boot to a blank screen, it just won't power up. It doesn't look like that exact situation is covered...but I guess it's worth a try...otherwise I can always take a third shot at the ServiceNet techs... Thanks!
