[P1] iBook Logic Board Repair Extension Program

It does fall into the serial number range, I'm just not sure that the 
problem is exactly covered.  Essentially, it sometimes will not boot.  
It does not boot to a blank screen, it just won't power up.  It doesn't 
look like that exact situation is covered...but I guess it's worth a 
try...otherwise I can always take a third shot at the ServiceNet 
techs...
