Digest subscribers are being flooded on many lists that are hosted
with this provider. The mail server being CommunigatePro specifically.

I switched many of my lists to the regular(FEED) mode to my gmail
address. The disheartening thing is that the Admin has said nothing of
this. Just another runaway mail server :)
