Hi,
Yes that 512MB DIMM works fine in your 300MHz, as it does in mine.
What you're looking for is a 144-pin SO-DIMM low profile (1.25").
I did buy it in the Netherlands (where I live), but people in the US buy
their RAM usually at Crucial and Other World Computing
