It doesn't. Neither does WIndows 2000 or XP Pro (which also support IP 
printing). Those "drivers" are usually just a manufacturer's install of 
IP printing (like the HP jetdirect software, or that real ugly IPX 
configuration utility that comes with some of the older print servers) 
for Windows 98 or ME systems.
