If you have 320 meg now you will not see much difference in speed by going to 512 but it will help a little. When I was looking I thought about online but with the hassles bringing stuff into Canada I decided to buy local as well as service etc is better locally. In the end I bought mine from Westworld computers (Apple dealer) in Calgary and they were about $10 more then memory express and they even put it in for me. I did not have to update firmware or anything else. Mine is Azenram 512MB AZ A512D65 PC133 SODIMM. Lifetime warranty. I have been using it since last November and not one problem. For me the performance change was nice as my iBook only had a 128meg card in it so 194 total and going to 576 does help me a lot.
