[P1] OT - 2.4 ghz phones/Airport interference

When we first setup our wireless home network, then two iMacs and one
clamshell iBook (mine) connected by Airport to a snow ABS, my iBook was
the one that had trouble from the 2.4 Ghz phone. Neither iMac did, only
my iBook. Changing channels didn't help. Perhaps it had to do with
location--the ABS and iMacs are upstairs, the iBook and the phone were
downstairs. I kept losing signal whenever someone used the phone
(actually, the drop would come when someone hung up). We reverted to a
900 mhz phone, and all was well. We've since switched to a 5.8 ghz, and
that works fine, too.
