Hello Eric, I have a Dalmation iMac, that had a 512 MB RAM Chip that went bad after 2 years, kept getting Kernel Panics. Back to Apple under Apple Care, diagnose bad Chip, chip back to Manufacturer for replacement (Hyundai I think), picked up new replacement RAM Chip after 10 days. RAM can go bad. Each version of OS X seems to tighten the specs of RAM it seems. ------------- Geoff WALLACE Melbourne Victoria Australia Mobile 0412 056 033 Sent on a G5 Power Macintosh using Entourage version 11.1.0 "Buy a Mac and be thought a fool or buy a Windows box and remove all doubt."
