[iBook] Speech commands on iBook

I am using speech commands in Panther and find that there are 
multiple commands of "Switch to..." for numerous applications, such 
as my print driver window (around 40), Toast,  Windows Media Player, 
Firefox and Thunderbird and a couple of others. How can I delete 
them? I can't find them in the Speakable Items Folder in my User/ 
Library/Speech directory.
