[iBook] Where is my mail?

I have an iBook 800mhz with Microsoft Office 2004 and Mac OS 10.3.6. I want
to transfer my files to CDs and then to an eMac which is on its way to me
from Apple. I have all the files off except for my old emails and address
book data from Entourage. Where are these two items located? The iBook is
going to be gone before the eMac gets here so I can't do an Ethernet
transfer.
