[iBook] Power PC 6400

Tom, I have tried the press the c key down thing.  It does boot off of the
CD but it doesn't get the install part at all.  It just comes up with an
error saying that the file map is invalid or that I have to hold down the
shift key and reboot because the file extensions are not working.  It keeps
giving me this error on boot.
