Matt, Thanks for the suggestion. Turns out I did not have the antenna fully inserted. You really do have to push on that thing to get it in. In any case I appreciate the help and I am now surfing wirelessly. Thanks again. --Greg -----Original Message----- From: ibook-bounces at listserver.themacintoshguy.com [mailto:ibook-bounces at listserver.themacintoshguy.com] On Behalf Of Matt Sent: Thursday, October 28, 2004 8:46 AM To: A place to discuss Apple's iBook computers. Subject: Re: [iBook] Airport Extreme Card Issue ok, I know that you said that the antenna is fully connected but i had that exact problem. I could not connect to any network no matter how close I was to the AP. Infact the antenna lead may not be fully attached to the card. Push a little on it until you hear a click. Don't be afraid to use a little force. Matt --- "Striano, Gregory" <StrianoG at philau.edu> wrote: > Hello, > > I am a new addition to the mac world and I have G4 > Ibook.
