[iBook] Mail and updated attachments

Hi All,

When I update a file (usually Illustrator or Photoshop) and go to Mail 
(already running) to send off for client approval, the new file doesn't 
show up and a modified file has the OK button grayed out.

I have to Quit and Open Mail then all is well.

While not a life-threatening situation, it is kind of a pain.

I'm running Mail 1.3.9 (v619) 10.3.6
