[iBook] Changing motherboards (subject changed)

The size of the logic board changed at some point, so you may need the frame
from a later logic board as well.

I think it changed around the time of the opaque 700s.

The mounting of the optical driver differed, but I think the drill holes for
the earlier brackets on the later frame, not 100% sure, but I'm stripping a
700 later so can check that.

No idea about G4s.
