[iBook] Internal HD - Enclosure for iBook ?

I'd like to buy an Internal HD and enclosure for my 1Ghz G4 iBook (OS X=20=

10.3.9). Any suggestions? I would like to have at least 300GB, 16MB=20
cache, Firewire 400 and USB, and 7200rpm.
