[iBook] Mail programs...

Let's see,
  Cocktail 3.5.2 -> Interface->MAIL-> Allow animated images and/or Allow 
looping of animated images.

Other choices in this section  are
Enable Java
Enable JavaScript
Enable detailed logging
Set to defaults
