I'm probably not contributing to any solutions ... but I had problems with Entourage crashing from time to time myself -- but then, I have tons of email in Entourage's database. some email with really large attachments. At times, I would get the spinning beach ball when trying to preview the next message ... the hard drive goes nuts for 1 - 2 mins as if Entourage is hung (but it isn't).
