Hi, That's also something I noticed, when using the iBook very intensive for a long time (read: gaming for multiple hours) it got really really hot. I solved this by using an iCurve which tilts the iBook a little and that made a huge difference. (Of course you'll need an extra keyboard and mouse also.)
