[iBook] Mac OSX Tiger and Virex

Is .mac doing anything about virii then, if it dropped Virex?

And does it matter? I saw the post estimating around 5 virii out 
there for OS X, but even those I have previously understood to be a 
potential theoretical threat that were fixed in updates.
