[iBook] iBook keys wearing off - ME TOO!

I called Apple.  They asked me if I had considered cutting my finger  
nails.

No joke.

It doesn't look like something they are willing to cover, but I do  
plan to stop in at the Apple Store opening here this weekend to  
discuss the issue.  I wonder if they would have said that to my face.

What on earth is happening to the company that I used to have so much  
faith in?  My last iBook (icebook, dual USB) died of a logic board  
issue(s), and now this?
