[iBook] Quick turnaround on iBook repair

Wow, am I impressed. My iBook went from the Austin Apple store (Monday,
noonish) to Memphis, and got delivered around noon today. That's not 7 to 10
days!

Thanks to Mike Bombich's Carbon Copy Cloner, I'm back in business (and even
used the backup I made to boot my old TiBook to access files and use apps.)

Kudos to Apple - I know I hear lots of stories that don't turn out as well.
