[iBook] tapping trackpad in Tiger?

The clickbox for "Clicking" under "Trackpad" in the Keyboard and Mouse system preferences selects for tapping ("lets you click an item by tapping the trackpad" according to the pop-up window if you let the mouse arrow linger over "clicking").
