There's a sort-of arms race going on... someone releases a utility to  
crack the DRM, Apple updates iTunes to circumvent the circumvention,  
lather, rinse, repeat.

But you can burn a CD with the song(s) and then rip that CD. The  
first part is probably good advice in general; it's always good to  
have a backup.
