All the methods on that site are pretty much the same thing.... take the sound output of the iTunes file and recreate it as an MP3 file. It doesn't actually remove the protection of the original file. All those methods will create a loss of quality, although it may not be noticeable, and the loss (in theory) will be identical regardless of which method you use.
