[iBook] The iBook disappearing keyboard letters...

Michelle,

I have both an iBook and an old TiBook and have had the same problem.  
I've not tried to have 'em replaced, since I'm so far from any support, 
but they did send me a new keyboard for the TiBook several years ago, 
and I replaced it.  Just didn't bother on the iBook, as it is only a 
couple of keys and like you, I touch-type.
