iCab works well, prefs can be set to be pretty secure and be the way you want them, and gives tabbed browsing. Current version is v3.0 beta 382, which displays most pages nicely but will occasionally print some pages at too-large fontsize. (Proper printout for them can be gotten by adjusting percentage reduction in Page Setup.) A previous stable version, v2.98, doesn't have the printing problem, but has trouble displaying some websites well, like ones with screwy table definitions, etc. Checking the iCab website now, I see 3.0b382 is current, though there is a v2.99a (or "2.9.9a") available too, which I have just gotten and will try sometime. The author replies to emails which contain meaningful questions, and fixes bugs based on user feedback.
