I bought one that is being sold on E-bay . Its a usb dongle that comes with a driver disck. It works great for me . I use a Motorola wireless hub and after installing the drivers it picks up the signal very well. Its about half the price of an Airport card. My sister-in-law has an iBook 500MHz duel USB, WITHOUT an airport card. She wants to setup a wireless network in her house an use her iBook wirelessly (is that a real word?).has anyone had luck using external wireless adapters on their macs? Any advice would be helpful. I have looked at the compatibility list and found that the adapters that might work are no longer being sold.
