Unfortunately, the scammers have pretty much taken over eBay. Sure,  
there are a lot of good people selling good gear there, but you  
pretty much have to know who you're dealing with. Back when, there  
was a guy who called himself "Old Mac Milt" whom I'd do business with  
any day... probably the only person I'd consider buying a hard drive  
(or a battery) from.
